After a very white winter for most of the state, I am sure you agree that the green grass and the buds on the trees are a very welcome sight. I think it is especially appropriate in this traditional season of renewal to address a few issues in the automobile industry. It is a time for renewal at General Motors as well. As a valued partner, we are eagerly anticipating a resolution to the current discussions, and are looking forward to getting on with the business of selling and servicing these great automobiles. We feel GM is making the best automobiles in their history right now with award winners including the all new Chevy Traverse, the outstanding Chevy Malibu, the best truck on the road, the Chevy Silverado, and the one-of-a–kind all new Chevy Camaro that will be available soon. 

As you may have read, GM has designated Chevrolet, Buick, and Cadillac as three of their core brands going forward. Because your Sax Motor Co. dealerships carry these brands, we look forward to continuing our sales and service relationships with you as GM rolls out great new products in all three of these divisions.

At Sax Motor Co., we realize we cannot control a lot of what is going on nationally with GM and the auto industry as a whole. But we can influence many dealership-specific issues, and one of the most important is our loyal customers. We know that we are fortunate to have many loyal customers at our dealership. You are one of those valued customers. To reward our loyal customers, we started Phase I of our dealership loyalty program a few years ago. However, starting April 1, 2009, we proudly announced a whole new level of benefits for our loyal customers. Customer Service Award: Preferred Owner Program

Red Flags Rule: Accessory Sale

The Red Flags Rule was issued on November 9, 2007 by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in an attempt to combat the growing problem of identity theft.  Identity theft occurs when someone uses your personal information without your permission to commit fraud or criminal acts.  The idea behind the Red Flags Rule is that identity theft can be reduced if businesses have policies and procedures in place for proper identification and prevention.  Sax Motor Co. has established a formal written Identity Theft Prevention Program and has begun enforcing the procedures in conjunction with the FTC’s deadline of May 1, 2009

Mark your calendars for the Second Annual Sax Motor Co. Accessory Sales Event June 11th through the 13th. This sale will highlight the ever growing popularity of vehicle accessories.

Whether deciding to install a remote starter in your vehicle or accessorize with chrome accents from grill to bumper, this sale will give you plenty of ideas and information. Several accessorized vehicles will be on display so you have the opportunity to see the finished product and see the fit and finish of the quality parts that we use.

Several accessory vendors will be on-site with product displays and our accessory professionals will also be on hand to answer questions There will be prize drawings, demonstrations, food and lots of discounted items.
